So I guess I can now tell you a little bit of the story. Last March — middle of March — someone calls me up. A contractor here in Boston was building the Miami Art Museum. It was supposed to open last December, which it did. It was about 50 yards from Biscayne Bay. It was like a 70-million-dollar building.
